Mascoutah School District
Mascoutah, IL
Project Scope: Retrofit Building Management System (BMS) on entire middle school building for the Mascoutah, IL school district.
eagle Controls work entailed:
Control of (1) air cooled chiller and (2) hot water reheat boiler systems in the plant.
Delta BACnet integration into three multi-zone VAV RTUs and DDC integration of five single zone RTUs.
Retrofit of 32 fan coils, 33 unit ventilators, 37 air terminals, 15 VAVs and 30 exhaust fans with Delta DDC controls.
eagle Controls currently manages all five of the district’s buidings with Delta Controls.
Nashville Yards Tower 1
Nashville, TN
Project Scope: Spec and install Building Management System (BMS) on a new-build 20-story, 566,000 square-foot office building and 600,000 square-foot parking garage in downtown Nashville. The high-rise is occupied by Amazon and is part of the high-profile, Nashville Yards development.
eagle Controls work entailed:
Water-cooled heat pump air handling system for each floor with supply and exhaust-air control for each level (fan-powered terminal unit heating.)
Stairwell/elevator pressurization control
Fire/smoke damper monitoring throughout the building
CO/NO2 monitoring and ventilation control for 11-level parking garage

Benson Hill
Project Scope: Install Building Management System (BMS) to support a new, 50,000 square-foot laboratory-grade grow facility for agtech owner, Benson Hill.
eagle Controls work entailed:
Controls for an air-cooled, chilled water system for plant chamber temperature control
Laboratory roof top DX systems with hot gas reheat
Domestic hot water control
CO/NO2 ventilation control for shipping and receiving dock
DX RTUs for office space

eagle Controls work entailed:
Air-cooled chilled water system supplying temperature control to fan coil units for zone temperature control
Integrated BMS control of (3) energy recovery units for building fresh air ventilation
Stairwell pressurization control and monitoring throughout the building
CO/NO2 monitoring and ventilation control for four-level parking garage
